These terms govern your use of bolsterwp.com and the free AI Visibility Report. Using the site or requesting a report means you accept them. They're short on purpose.
"BolsterWP," "we," and "us" mean BolsterWP LLC, a marketing agency based in Seaford, Delaware. "You" means the person or business using this site.
The AI Visibility Report is free, produced by hand with the help of our AI tooling, and delivered by email — typically within 48 hours of a valid request. Because a human builds every report, capacity is limited (about five per week) and requests may queue. The offer is intended for established small businesses; we may decline or deprioritize requests that don't fit, are duplicates, or appear automated.
The report is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together. It reflects what AI engines said about your business at the time we ran the research — AI answers change, so a report is a snapshot, not a permanent record or a guarantee of future results.
Requesting a report requires accurate information about your business and consent to receive it (and related follow-up) by email, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from follow-up email at any time with one click.
Content on this site and in the report — scores, findings, recommendations — is marketing information, not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions you make based on it are yours.
Don't abuse the site: no automated form submissions, no attempts to bypass our bot protection or rate limits, no probing or disrupting the site or its infrastructure, and no scraping content at scale. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side checks; trying to defeat them ends the conversation.
The site's content, design, and brand are ours. Your report is yours to use for your business. Neither grant transfers ownership of the other's trademarks or materials.
Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site — including pricing — is a binding offer until that agreement exists.
The site links to and relies on third-party services (for example Cloudflare and Postmark). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or terms.
The site and the free report are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BolsterWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free report, and our total liability related to either is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
